A roof, so we can build more than one thing
Treehous is a hous for the companies we grow. It's the roof that lets us start more than one thing without starting over each time: one name, one set of operations, one team that carries whatever grows underneath it.
The point is leverage. Building under a single roof means a new idea launches with the weight of everything already here behind it. And as the companies grow, the plan is to hand each one to people who run it, instead of one operator trying to be everywhere at once. Divisions with their own teams, all under Treehous. That's the future we're building toward.
The name is the part that carries
Treehous started around 2021 as a social-media company. It's gone through many iterations since. The product changed more than once, and the shape of the business changed with it. The name never did.
That's on purpose. Every version taught us something, and every version shipped under the same roof. The idea underneath can change as many times as it needs to. The name is the part that carries, so we kept it, and built everything else around it.
“The product changed. The name didn't. The name is the part that carries.”
The rules the roof runs on
Six things we hold to as we build. Casual to the public, serious as a business. Both, always.
People over ideas
Ideas are cheap. We have new ones every week. The people who show up and build them are the whole bet. We back the person first, then the plan.
Builders, not bystanders
No advising from a safe distance, no watching dashboards from a boardroom. If a company lives under this roof, we're inside it every day, building it with our own hands.
Everybody knows everybody
We keep it close and real, small enough that everyone knows what everyone's building. No wall of logos nobody upstairs has ever met.
Fun is load-bearing
This is a real business run by people who genuinely like being here. The fun isn't decoration. Take it out and the whole thing works worse.
Green and growing
Trees don't stop, and neither do we. New companies, new versions, new ideas moving in. Standing still is the one thing we're genuinely bad at.
No pretending
Treehous is young and founder-run, and we won't dress that up. What you see under the roof is what's actually here. Give it a minute. It's growing.
How the roof actually works
The story is the why. Here's the how, and who's under the roof running it today.
